About this project
All The Calls is an independent, non-partisan journalism project from Kardoe Incorporated. It documents when each news organization and data desk publicly reported its race calls on election night. It is a record of the calls and their timing, not an official results source; official results come from state and local election authorities.
What the site is
The site shows when news organizations and election data providers publicly report race calls and characterizations. It is an independent side project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the organizations it tracks, and their names are used only to identify them.
No guarantee of accuracy
Information is gathered automatically from public pages and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Call times are the times we first observed a call, not necessarily the times an organization made it. Do not rely on the site as an official source of election results; official results come from state and local election authorities.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading or systematic copying of the site's data is not permitted without written permission.
Personal, non-commercial use
The site and its data are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, reselling or redistributing the data, or using it to build a competing service, requires written permission.
Quoting individual facts with a link and credit to All The Calls is fine, for example: “AP called Georgia at 8:02 p.m. ET, per All The Calls”.
Email alerts
If you sign up, we'll email you only what you chose: a note when the first results come in and/or major race calls (key Senate and Governor races). You'll get at most one email every 15 minutes, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Alerts are sent automatically and can be late, incomplete or wrong, for the same reasons as the site.
Third-party content
Names, trademarks and linked pages belong to their respective owners. We aren't responsible for third-party sites.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kardoe Incorporated is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
